Do you accept recreational customers?

Illinois, Maryland, Ohio and Puerto Rico, where we operate, are medical only cannabis states and require a state issues medical card.  Our Nevada dispensaries accept adult-use recreational customers.

Is there a difference between recreational and medical cannabis?

All of our products are pesticide free. Dosage options vary by type of product and are available based upon consumer choice.

Are these products tested for quality?

All products undergo a series of lab tests before they can be sold. Comprehensive testing will include tests for potency, microbial contamination, residual solvents used during extraction, and terpenes.

Can I take products I purchase out of the state for which it was purchased?

No.

Can I consume cannabis in public?

Adults 21 years or older can legally consume cannabis as directed by state law, but they cannot use cannabis in any public place or a moving vehicle. Verano™ recommends consuming cannabis on a private property as long as the property owner has not prohibited it.

What do you need to register as a medical cannabis patient?

Medical cannabis patients must provide a state-issued medical cannabis card, along with a matching piece of valid government issued photo ID.

If I am a returning medical patient, do I still need to bring my medical card and ID every time?
